The images and descriptions displayed on the product pages are based on the actual products.Due to differences in display devices and lighting conditions, slight color variations may occur. The actual product received shall prevail.
- Is outdoor furniture suitable for long-term outdoor use?
Outdoor furniture is designed for daily outdoor use. However, to extend its lifespan, we recommend covering or storing it when not in use or during unfavorable weather conditions.

If a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of placing the order and the order has not entered the shipping process, we will prioritize handling the request.
- Can I still cancel after 48 hours?
If the order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled directly.In this case, we recommend receiving the item and submitting a return request according to the return process.
