  • Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services across Australia only. Delivery to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.

  • Shipping Fees
    • Orders of AUD 100 or above (including AUD 100) qualify for free delivery.

    • Orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99.

  • Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after placement.

  • Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Time

We use commonly used Australian delivery services (such as Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, etc.).After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days.

  • Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 (Monday to Friday, Australia/Sydney time 9:00–18:00) will begin processing on the same day.Orders placed after 18:00 or on non-working days will be processed starting from the next business day.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Timeframe

If a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours after placing the order, we will prioritize processing the cancellation and provide a response as soon as possible.

  • Requests After 48 Hours

If a cancellation request is submitted more than 48 hours after the order is placed, the order may have already entered the shipping process. In such cases, we recommend receiving the item first and then submitting a return request in accordance with our return process to obtain a refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Application Period

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 40 days from the date the item is received.

  • Eligible Situations

Returns or exchanges are accepted for appearance issues, quality defects, unusual odors, significant color differences, incorrect items, or returns without a stated reason, provided the product remains in resalable condition.

  • Return and Exchange Process

Please contact us and provide your order details, proof of payment, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos.Once approved, return the item to the designated address. After inspection, a refund or exchange will be arranged.

Once the returned item passes inspection, the replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Refund Processing

After approval, refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days and returned to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Cost Responsibility

Shipping costs caused by product issues will be covered by us.For returns without a stated reason, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
