Order Cancellation Policy

 

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through the Verdeluzian online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”). The purpose of this policy is to explain when and how an order may be cancelled, as well as the related processing timelines.

1. Scope of Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before it enters the shipping process.Once an order has moved into shipment preparation or delivery, it can no longer be cancelled directly.

2. Timing of Cancellation Requests

  • Within 48 hours of placing the order
    If a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours, we will prioritize processing the request and provide a response as soon as possible.

  • After 48 hours
    If a cancellation request is submitted more than 48 hours after the order is placed, the order may already be in the shipping process.
    In this case, we recommend receiving the item and submitting a return request according to the return process in order to obtain a refund.

3. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To request an order cancellation, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Proof of payment

  • Reason for cancellation

Once the required information is received, we will review and process the request promptly.

4. Cancellation Outcomes

  • If the order is successfully cancelled, the payment will be moved into the refund process;

  • If the order cannot be cancelled, we will inform you of the current order status and explain the available next steps.

5. Refund Arrangement

If a cancellation request is approved, a refund will be arranged as follows:

  • Refund Method
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used for the purchase, including Visa or MasterCard.

  • Refund Timeline
    Depending on the processing time of the card issuer, refunds are expected to be credited within 1–3 business days.
    If the refund has not been received after this period, please contact us for assistance.

6. Special Notes

In cases where additional verification is required due to order details or delivery information, processing time may be extended.Once an order has entered the shipping process, direct cancellation is no longer supported.
