1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services across Australia only.Shipping to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.All orders are fulfilled through local delivery services within Australia.
2. Shipping Fees and Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order total:

Orders of AUD 100 or above (including AUD 100) qualify for free delivery.

Orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99.
All product prices and shipping fees displayed include applicable taxes (where applicable).The amount shown at checkout is the final payable amount, and no additional taxes will be charged during delivery.
3. Order Cut-Off Time and Processing Schedule
Our operating hours follow Australia/Sydney time (AEST/AEDT), from 9:00 to 18:00.

Orders placed before 18:00 are processed starting the same day;

Orders placed after 18:00 are processed from the next business day;

Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next available business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Once an order is confirmed, processing typically takes 1–3 business days.This period includes order verification, preparation, and dispatch arrangements, but does not include transit time.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days.Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or logistics arrangements.
